Terms and Conditions of Purchase
- 1. All mannequins are at sold at the set price of £134.99 delivered. If larger quantities are required we are happy to discuss a price reduction. Please ring for details.
- 2. Delivery charge is included within the total price.
- 3. Payment is accepted via credit card through the website payment system, via cheque, or BACS.
- 4. Delivery will be made once payment has been received.
- 5. We aim to deliver within 2 working days, but courier delays are beyond our control.
- 6. Allied Mannequins cannot be held liable for loss due to late delivery, if delay is due to the 3 rd party courier service.
- 7. All goods MUST be signed for as “condition unknown, goods unchecked” upon receipt; unless you ask the courier to wait whilst you unpack the goods, prior to signing the delivery note.
- 8. Allied Mannequins cannot accept responsibility for goods damaged in transit if you have signed the delivery note as received in “good condition” or a statement to that effect.
- 9. Risk of damage to or loss of goods will pass to you once the goods are delivered to the geographical address given by you on the Order Form.
